i lost my virginity last night. what do i do?!?

me and my boyfriend decided to have sex for the first time last night. it was amazing, and i have no regrets!
i do have questions though.

QUESTION 1: we used a condom, and im on the yasmin pill. ive been on it for about 4 or 5 months. but should i go to the doctors to get a check up just in case?

QUESTION 2: me and my mum are really close and are open to having any sort of conversations. i want to tell her this and shes said that she would never be disappointed in me, she would just want to know so she can make sure me and my boyfriend are being safe, and if i ever needed her for anything i could come to her. but i don't know how to say it. when to say it (should i wait a few days??)

QUESTION 3: How can i make sure i never get pregnant when having sex? what can i do?
or any diseases that would seriously harm/hurt/effect me dangerously (being really sick/death/not being able to have kids in the future)
