after taking plan b do you have to have your period in a certain amount of days please help!?

i took plan 6 days ago 4 days after having unprotected sex. last time i took it i got my period 5 days after i took it now its been 6 days and i didn't get my period. my question is do you HAVE to bleed days after the pill is taken? and if you don't bleed does that mean you can be pregnant? please help. thank you

Emergency Contraceptive pill. ECPs can cause your period to come a few days early or a few days late, but it will probably come on time. ECPs can cause temporary side effects and might include nausea, vomiting for a day or two and can cause headaches, dizziness, cramping or breast tenderness. It must be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Depending on when you use the ECP's during your monthly cycle, the medication will either stop you from producing an egg, stop fertilization of an egg or stop the fertilize egg from attaching to your uterus. ECP fails in about 1% of women and should not be used often because they are less effective than regular birth control methods.
