Is it normal that condoms move while having sex?
I'm 22 but it's my first partner and it moved like an inch or a little more but didn't slip off. Should I worry?

No it always does that.
He should only be using the smallest condom as it is big enough to stretch over someones hand so its better to use the smaller one then having an accident.
